You may notice increased challenge questions when you log in to Regions Online Banking in the coming weeks. As we continually evaluate and enhance our security environment, this is a routine part of Regions' ongoing efforts to help you protect your personal privacy and financial security.
If you are unsure of the answers to the challenge questions you established when enrolling in Online Banking, there are a few simple steps you can take to better ensure a seamless Online Banking experience:
- Log in to Online Banking, and select the Customer Service tab.
- Under My Profile, choose "Edit Security Questions."
- Choose new questions and provide the answers. You're done!
Following these steps should help you access your account with minimal distraction. Of course, you can change or update your challenge questions anytime you wish.
