On the night of May 5, Regions experienced a systems issue that delayed processing of some transactions and affected the way balances and transactions appeared in Regions Online Banking and Mobile Banking. The issue has now been corrected, affected transactions are being processed, and current and available balances have been updated.
- If you were charged a fee by Regions due to this issue, it will be automatically refunded.
- If you initiated a transfer that has not yet been processed, we will process that transfer on May 6. There is no need to cancel or reschedule the transfer.
