Step 1: Locate the Regions Online Banking Account Access box located in the upper-left corner of www.regions.com.

Step 2: Click on Forgot Password? located directly beneath the login box.

*You may also expand the login box by clicking on the small arrow located in the upper-right corner of the box. Once expanded, click on Password Reset. By expanding the box, you will have access to the three links from any page on Regions.com.

Step 3 : Enter your Online ID.

Step 4 : Answer the Security Question displayed.

Step5: Enter a New Password.

*Please enter a password that consists of 8 to 18 characters and includes both letters and numbers.

Step 6 : Enter the new password again in the Verify New Password box.

Step 7 : Click on Continue.

Step 8 : Once the Confirmation page loads, click on Continue.
