* The following instructions assume you have logged in to Online Banking and are starting from the Account Summary page.
Step 1: Select the
Mobile Banking tab in the main menu bar.
Step 2: Select Enroll Now.
Step 3: Review the Terms and Conditions.
Step 4: Place a checkmark next to "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and select Done.
Step 5: Select your Wireless Operator from the drop-down list.
If you do not see your operator in the list, they may not be eligible for Mobile Banking at this time. This list is continually updated as new operators become compatible.
Step 6: Choose your mobile device from the list provided. To locate your phone easily, you may sort the list of eligible phones by manufacturer.
If you do not see your mobile phone in the list, the device may not be eligible for Mobile Banking at this time. This list is continually updated as new phones become compatible.
Step 7: Enter the phone number of your mobile device and click on Activate.
Step 8: Select whether the application is already located on your mobile device and click on Continue.
If the application is not already located on your mobile device, select that option and follow the onscreen prompts. You will be provided with additional instructions on how to download the application.
Step 9: Review the information on the final activation screen. You will be provided with an Activation Code to use when activating the service on your mobile device. Please be sure to make note of this activation code as it will expire after 60 minutes.
Detailed instructions specific to your mobile device are also provided on this screen to assist you with completing the activation process. Please be sure to review these instructions before exiting Online Banking.
Step 10: Once you have completed the process, select "I have completed the Provider Activation" and select Done.
