*The following instructions assume you have logged in to online banking and are starting from the Account Summary page.
Step 1: Select
View/Edit Security Questions from the
e-Services menu in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: If you want to select a different question, click the drop-down menu on the question you would like to change and select another question from the list.
Step 3: Enter the answer to the question in the Answers and Confirm Answers fields.
