*The following instructions assume you have logged in to online banking and are starting from the Account Summary page.
Step 1 : Select
Change Online ID/Password from the
e-Services menu in the top navigation bar.
Step 2 : To change your Online ID:
- Place a checkmark in the Change Online ID checkbox.
- Enter your New Online ID . *Please note, this must be a minimum of 8 and maximum of 18 characters. This can be any combination of letters or numbers, but no special characters are allowed.
- Re-enter the new Online ID in the Confirm Online ID field.
Step 3 : To change your Password:
- Place a checkmark in the Change Password checkbox.
- Enter your New Password . *Please note, this must be a minimum of 8 and maximum of 18 characters. This can be any combination of letters AND numbers, but no special characters are allowed.
- Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
