*The following instructions assume you have logged in to online banking and are starting from the Account Summary page.
Step 1: Select the
Mobile Banking tab in the main menu bar.
Step 2: Your available accounts will be displayed with their corresponding nicknames.
Step 3: If you wish to change the nickname, select
Modify above the account listing.
Step 4: Next to the selected account type enter the desired name in the
Nickname on Device field.
Step 5 : Click
Save Changes. The account listing page will reload. Once you access Mobile Banking from your mobile device, the list will update to reflect the changes made within Regions Online Banking.
